Responsibilities of a Domme and sub

Some responsibilities I will adhere to, to the best of my ability, for the safety & well being of subs:
I will provide for the safety of the sub during a session.
I will keep my Dungeon (Play Space) clean & and my equipment sanitary and well-maintained.
I will state my requirements of a sub.
I will only session with subs whose interests are compatible with mine, and who I enjoy.
I will not sell sex.
I will not allow a sub to encounter un-negotiated additional parties during his visit.
I will interview a sub prior to play to find out his limits, desires, health concerns and other pertinent information.
I will take command of the sub during a session.
I will define the activities in the session consistent with the sub's fitness & mental state.
I will not do a scene while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in any emotional state of greatly impaired reason.
I will not risk a subs' life, well being, health, safety or privacy, even with his consent.
I will not break any negotiated agreement with a sub.
I will not misrepresent myself or any items I may offer a sub.
I will attempt to keep lines of communication open with a chosen sub (a sub I have entered into an agreement with) so that I may understand his needs, wishes and feelings.
I will respect a sub's limits with thanks for his recognition of his limits.
I will (if he so desires) seek to safely push those limits.
I will provide a means by which a sub can terminate an activity which the sub finds unbearable safe word or equivalent).
I will keep the identity of the sub, and any other information I may have about him, confidential.
I will keep the activities of the sub in a session confidential.
I will try to encourage subs to self awareness & fulfillment.
 Some responsibilities of A sub
you will be polite to me at all times.
you will not misuse my telephone time.
you will keep my identity confidential.
you will guard my privacy concerning my address and any personal information you may become privy to.
you will inform me of any relevant health issues.
you will arrive at the agreed time.
you will arrive for a session clean & neat.
you will provide the agreed upon tribute.
you will be honest about how the various parts of the session worked for you.
you will not harass me by stalking, repeated phone calls, excessive e-mails, etc.
you will not make sexual advances to me.
you will not top from the bottom.
you will not be permitted to scene with me while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in any emotional state of greatly impaired reason.

All scenes are:
Safe
(both parties have rationally assessed the level of risk involved , decided it is acceptable to them, and taken steps to minimize the risk as much as is realistically possible);
Sane
(both parties are of sound & sober mind, in control of themselves & aware of the possible consequences of their actions);
Consensual
(both parties have discussed the terms and limits of the scene beforehand & will respect whatever limits are stated in or out of scene. Safewords/signals are arranged & respected immediately.);
Confidential
(all aspects of the scene, a persons' identity & any personal information are to remain private & confidential).
If you agree we will move on from here and never betray this agreement.
